1) Eric W. Norton, P. Eng - Currently Vice President, Project Development and Operations for Baja Mining Corporation, a Copper-Cobalt-Zinc underground and open pit mining project located in Baja California Sur,Mexico. Prior to this Mr. Norton was with Teck Cominco (formerly Cominco) for over 30 years . His responsibilities included Mineral Treatment Research, Metallurgist and Plant Superintendent for Lead Operations, Commercial Services which involved the purchase of all raw materials and recyclables for the smelter. In addition he operated and was commercially responsible for a Cominco Nickel smelter and was Manager of Strategic Opportunities. He has extensive experience on different levels in various commodities including Cobalt,Copper,Lead,Nickel,Zinc, Gold and Silver as well as Sales exposure in Sulphuric Acid,Sulphur Dioxide, Sulphur,Fertilizers and other minor products. Mr. Norton has a B.App.S in Metallurgy and Materials Science and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
2) René Cabirac, Jr.- employed by W.R. Grace & Co. for
over 30 years. He has been a quality control lab technician heading
up the Customer Service department providing customer sales support,internal
sales information and production scheduling. For the past 20 years
he has served as Technical Sales Representative/Accounts Manager
in the field of Graces' Raney and Sponge Metal Catalyst product
line.
3) Philip Edelstein - formerly Vice President,
Environmental Recovery Services of Phibro-Tech Inc. He is a chemical
and industry veteran with over 30 years in metal salt manufacturing,
plant operations and environmetnal affairs. Mr. Edelstein has extensive
North American technical and sales experience in chemical, automotive,
electronics, micronutrient, metal finishing, steel, mining, catalyst
and water treatment industries and holds two metallurgical process
patents.
4) James Hamilton - formerly Product Control and Blending Supervisor
for Phillips Petroleum and a Vice President of Sales for Katalco,
a catalyst manufacturing company for over 30 years. He is currently
Spent Catalyst Procurement Specialist for Amlon Resources Group LLC.
5) A. Qadeer Khan, OBE, M.Sc.Chemistry - A Fellow of the Institute
of Waste Management and Member of the UK Environmental Law Association.
He has acted as consultant to the World Health Organization and
conducted Parliamentary work for the Environmental Committees and
the Royal Commission on the Environment
6) Steven P. Krivan,- he is a Registered Professional Engineer(P.E),an
Associate in Risk Management(ARM),and has been conferred the lifetime
designation of Certified Protection Professional(CPP)by the American
Society for Industrial Security. He holds a B.S. in Geophysics
from
Tulsa University and a M.S. from Central Michigan University. Formerly
Manager-Environmental,Health,Safety Services for Celanese Ltd.,
Chemicals Division he provides chemical safety training to various
industries relating to the safe receiving,storage, and handling
of chemicals and has extensive experience with customers throughout
Europe, Asia and the Middle East including three years domiciled
in Saudi Arabia. Steve is also the Senior Consultant for ARG with
emphasis on developing business opportunities in the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE, and elsewhere in the Middle East.
7) Frank Winter - formerly President and Chief Executive Officer
of First Miss Steel, Inc. a specialty Steel Company producing carbon,
alloy, stainless and tool steels. With nearly 40 years of experience
he has strong background in specialty steels and other metals. Mr.
Winter is currently a Board Member of the American Iron and Steel
Institute U.S.A, U.S. Steel Manufacturers Association and past President
and Life member of the Electric Steel makers' Guild, U.K.
